Our oven

Our custom built wood fired oven bakes pizzas the old fashioned way. As our name suggests, we use Longan (ลำไย) wood to heat the oven to well over 700°F (371°C). It takes us under 3 minutes to cook a pizza to perfection.

Our team

Having previous experience running restaurants, the Boonlek family opened Longan House in April of 2020, in what was previously Gorya's House (บ้านกอหญ้า).
